ASPECTS OF LIFE

Tonight I am going to narrate two stories. May be these are real life incidents that happened to this person at various stages of his life. Frankly speaking, these are not intended to hurt the feelings but to appreciate the turns in life of a person.

Story 1

This story is about a gift. A gift is always meant to be special regardless of its monetary value, quality or the way it is wrapped. It conveys an attachment, a special bond and the valuable relationships that everybody has in their life. Someone needs to tell those tales that best gifts come from hearts, not from stores.

This person once received a gift from somebody. The day he received that gift brought tears to his eyes. Not because of any other reason expect that he was unsure if he would see her again in his life. Even the greatest economists of the world would not be able to quantify its value. Nobody would ever remember about that farewell, but he would. He decided that he would carry that ‘pen’ on his first day of his first job.

Five years later when he went to his office for the first time he did carry that pen in his shirt pocket. Five years is not a small period of time but that gift was a source of inspiration to keep those memories alive. Years after that farewell, when everything was long forgotten, he had his starts; it really was something although he never saw her again. Relationships fall apart. It is like waking up one day with no teeth in your mouth. You would not need to run to the mirror to confirm it. Like I said best gifts come from heart and people do find stars in them.

Story 2

Like every relation love too has ups and downs. Couples do argue over various things. This story is about an argument that he had with his beloved. Arguments and fights are natural between couples. Because if they don’t it would mean that they have nothing left to talk about. The reason I am stating about this incident of his life because the reason behind that fight would be funny to a lot of you. I may be wrong the way I am articulating it but it is worth listening.

He had a fight with his girlfriend one day. The reason behind this fight was an ‘imaginary incident’ that the girl had in her mind. She was innocent and had her reason and he was shell shocked to hear the reason. The imaginary incident had zero percent chance of happening in their life and he tried to convey the same to his beloved. She would not understand it because she wanted a solution to that imaginary problem. A lot of you would agree to me that few things happen only in movies and not in real life. But how would you make her understand if you were in his position given that she was so angry that she was ready to fire a bazooka at you if she had one? They did not talk to each other for two days after that incident.

Seriously, I heard couples fighting for silly reasons like types of pickles to buy or the movie to watch in Netflix but fighting for an imaginary incident that happens in only in Bolllwood movies was really a surprise. I don’t her blame her for there is always some madness in love.
